On Saturday June 7th, Andrews High Class of 2008 held its graduation ceremony at the Greensboro Coliseum. It was an excellent graduation and the seniors looked great. Alexis Yowell did a fantastic job coordinating her first graduation. Also please extended your appreciation to Mrs. Blacksten, Mr. Isley, Mrs. Parks, Mrs. Stone, and many other staff members who worked so hard to facilitate this wonderful event. The quality of this event is testimony to the many positive things the instructors of Andrews High can accomplish through their professionalism and great ability to work cooperatively with each other. As Final Exams conclude this week, we would like to thank the many community and district level employees who have volunteered to proctor our final exams. |

Gradfest was held at the High Point YMCA. Hundreds of seniors from Andrews, Southwest and High Point Central had a lot of safe and sober fun. They played casino games, sang karaoke, played basketball, twister and much more. Each student that attended walked away with a prize. Thanks to the very hard work from all the parents and faculty and staff members of all 3 schools , our graduating seniors last time together was fantastic.
